I agree with spazz that it would seem like it should be after Dogma, but there is a distinct chance before Dogma since there is no mention of how long Jay and Bob were in Illinos. Then again since JSBSB is the final installment I'm assuming Bob settle down with Susanne and start a family of little five assed half-monkey/half bob offspring and uncle Jay lives in the little room over the garage. Therefore Bob can't be going off willy-nilly on new adventures after this since he'll have responsibilities.
