...nobody here buys or sells that whole "family values" thing as a package - it's just something that you get taught as a kid, and it's up to you if you follow it or not, and to what extent.
The fact that multinationals spin that whole "family values" message isn't nearly so sad as the people who don't see it as a marketing tool to appeal to the middle classes, but actually swallow the whole thing hook, line and sinker.
Anyway, that's all irrelevant - supermarkets won't stock any Kevin Smith films here unless they think they think they'll sell in appreciable numbers, and that'll be down to how well JASBSB does in the box office.
Ooh, controversial (although not as controversial as actually going to a supermarket to buy films).
