similarities between J&SB and the miniseries

I was just looking over the pictures on the internet, and I noticed that there was a diner in the middle of the desert, much like the one that Jay & Silent Bob eat at in #3 of the miniseries with Suzanne. Since we know that Suzanne is in the movie, is it a safe bet that the fugitive spoof from #3 will also play some part in J&SBSB?
