I too was a pre-Man on the Moon Andy Kaufman fan, to some extent. I didn't know much about him aside from Taxi reruns, until that NBC special that ran a few years back. It completely opened me up to his world and i pursued an interest in learning more. Then Man on the Moon came out and it was trendy to an Andy fan. Granted, I was only a fan for a few years prior, i still act like an elitest Andy snob.
