DOGMA Delay Because of Disney Slander?

I read in the most reliable of places (the Internet) that part of the DOGMA delay is due to some less-than-friendly anti-Disney remarks on the commentary track and other sections of the DVD. I'm all for anti-Disney remarks, but doubt that this is true. 1) Is it true? 2) Is it at leat half true, because I'm hoping to (one day) hear those remarks.
