Dear Kevin Smith fans:

I am doing an argumentative essay on the merits of Mallrats vs. Chasing Amy. I can get alot based on watching the movies, listening to the commentaries, and reading WWWBoard Summaries, but this is not enough. I need the following information, if anyone happens to have it:

1. technical details on Mallrats and Chasing Amy (filming)

2. transcriptions, particularly of long speeches in Mallrats and Chasing Amy

3. origins of various odd elements of these two movies

4. general, PROFESSIONAL reviews of Mallrats and Chasing Amy (as in TIME or EW, not your personal opinions)

5. as to your opinions, any LOGICAL arguments on the movies' merits.
