I really don't know what to tell you... I'm pretty much grappling with the same exact thing, but if I had a sweet a job as you do waiting for me, I'd lean toward the job.
In the schools I applied to, the Grad School English classes are all offered at night to accommadate people's careers.
I think you should try both... Isn't Creative Writing a one year program??

: I'm a senior at Florida State this year and my professor wants me to go to grad school. He is from Harvard, so i think I can trust his evaluation of my work, and said I should be looking hard at Columbia or Iowa for their Creative Writing programs, but if I stay at FSU, he can pretty much garruntee that I can get a tuition waiver if I teach a class.
: The problem is I have a job as a stock broker already lined up for when I get out of school.
: So the question is, GRAD school, or making 6 figures next year and living on South Beach in Miami? Ive already racked up close to $60,000 in student loans, so, I was wondering if anyone has been to grad school here orif anyone could offer an opinion on what i should do.
