: and that is why I can understand why the network opted to show it first. It actually had quite a few laughs, well Act II and III anyway. But those first 3 episodes? Pure rubbish. I put part of the blame on Dave Mandel's insistance of repeating bad jokes. The idea behind the flashback episode was good, but in execution, it failed miserably. Repetition itself does not comedy make, there has to be some substance too.
