Maybe because he was being put out of the misery of his existence of being without the voice of God. The flick said they (being angels in general) did not have the ability to ignore the pain of being cast from God's Voice, but that humans can, so it may just be he was a little happy to be made-unmade. Where he went and what happend next I dunno. Exist/don't exist, Heaven/Hell, who knows...


i mean, he's going to hell, right? thats not all that exciting. if the plan were to go accordingly the world would cease to exist, but it wouldnt be hell.
