Just watched this film tonight. How faithful is the plot to Vanilla Sky compared to this movie? And is it true that Penelope Cruz plays the 'other' main female character in this version? And what does Tom Cruise look like in his hideous car crash makeup? And what the HELL does Vanilla Sky mean (although I can guess, he he!)
