The concept at work here, folks, is that an orgasm is a spasm; the Man of Steel would have no control over any of it. Do you have any control over the rate at which you splooge? I didn't think so. Neither does Kal. Consequently, the end result of said spasm is that not only would he "blow a load like a shotgun," the lack of muscle control would result in him likely crushing Lois or Lana or whomever you choose.
Additionally, the reason why the Byrne Superman's powers didn't emerge was because of how long it took him to gain enough solar energy to get his powers AT FULL STRENGTH. Now, suppose that solar-energy-charged sperm manage to mate with Lois' egg, and then the kid gets 9 months of energy from Lois. Wouldn't it be reasonable to assume that he'd have some sort of advanced fetal-powers, resulting in said kick? I think so.
