It's the DVD of a cartoon that was only shown in America, and then only for two episodes (yes, I know it was shown in its entirety in Australia, but let's not even get into that). If we don't rate Region 2 for most of the movies, there's no way anyone will put the cartoon on Region 2.
Get a multi-region player and buy from the Stash.
