First of all, you would need to get the rights from Lions Gate(or anyone else who has rights to it), then you would need to purchase the domain name dogma-movie.com. Then you would need your server provider that you use to set up a POP email account for you.
It is highly possible, but VIEWASKEW does not have any email domains setup for anyone other than employees and such.
