Simpsons and Mallrats?

is anyone watching the Simpson's rerun on WB tonight? It's kind of strange that i've seen this episode a few times (where Lisa takes tap lessons), but never realized that the running joke is about mall rats (they think there are rats in the mall, but it's actually Bart and Millhouse camping out)....and in a related story yesterday's rerun (I only tuned in for the closing credits unfortunately, but I swear Bart said Snootchie Boochies after the credits. Can anyone verify that?
