Watch the credits on yer 'Almost Famous' DVD, if you have it. It lists the singer of the tunes (whose name escapes me), as well as the writer (I think it is Crowe) and stunt musicians like Peter Frampton, if I remember correctly.

I still think 'Fever Dog' sounds alot like Jason Lee, even though he didn't sing it.

Anyway, as usual, Lee rocks, as he does in the very small part he plays in 'Heartbreakers'.
