Lots of actors sound differant in real life. When Jason was on "The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn" his voice was real deep and raspy and stuff. But he also said he had a cold, which could've caused it. But there are actors who talk fine in movies and such, but if they have to get on stage to make a speech or something, they mumble a lot and get all frozen. Hell, one example is Bruce Willis. He's fine on screen, but in real life, he stutters a lot.
