I am a Student studying film in England and I have to do a presentation. I have chosen to present the auteur theory with Kevin Smith as my example. Is there anything that you could say to help me with my research about the links between the films you have made, I am mainly concentrating on Clerks, Mallrats and Chasing Amy. Any words of wisdom or thoughts about yourself as an auteur would be great. Please???

Or do you have any ideas of writings about yourself in magazines that I could get hold of??
