: : Kevin has a right to put woever he damn well pleases into his movies.
: : You might as well complain that he didn't give a part to the Hockey Goalie or Engagement Savy Customer from CLERKS. Oh wait, that was me...
: : DAMN YOU, SMITH!!! DAMN YOU STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!
: : Vincent
: no one said he didn't have the right to put whoever (or woever, whatever works) he damn well pleases in his movies.
: i was merely expressing disappointment that marilyn won't be in the new flick.
: but, wait, right, kevin doesn't care what any of us thinks. right. he just wants us to shop and fork out the cash. right.
I think Kevin cares very much what we think, and he hopes we all like the flick when we see the finished product. But he can hardly hold a fucking referendum on every casting decision. He's a filmmaker, let him make his film the way he wants to. If you see it and don't like it, then bitch. Until then, maybe we ought to assume he knows what he's doing. Has he let us down before?
