SOME faith. We all know that a lot of it is about hype, etc..., however,
Marcia Gay Hart winning had nothing to do with anything other than
her performance. Noone really saw Pollack, and she didn't do a shit
load of PR to win it. It was her work, and with Cameron, it was his
writing. THAT was cool, but Gladiator winning best picture and Almost
Famous not even getting a nom, now THAT is bull!
...congratulate Cameron? I know you said it was pretty much bull, but
it's gotta feel good that they recognized something of his genius. He
looked so overwhelmed. It was a wonderful sight to see.
