: I re-ordered my copy of the 'A Better Place' DVD from Express as soon as I heard that they lost the original orders. Since they don't bill you until they ship your order, I figured I should get mine in. I'm banking on the fact that if they're out of business before the release, one of two things will happen:
: A. Vincent will get a list of the pre-orders and bill/ship 'em from the Stash.
: or
I put my preorder in so long ago that I had completely forgot about it until I got the notice. Well, if they do go bankrupt I would hope that they furnish Vince with a list of the preorders like you said. I think that would be the best and most fair way to handle it. That or when they go out of business they send us all some free swag for having such good taste in movies.

: B. He'll cancel the EXPRESS.COM orders, and set up shop at the Stash - everyone will have to order again.
: You guys should do the same thing. The signed disc and the frame clipping is a steal at 23 bucks, and Express sounds like they're being responsible with credit card numbers and such. When they 'upgraded the system' a while back, they couldn't keep their stored credit card numbers secure, so they erased all of em. Everyone's afraid of being charged and never receiving the disc, but fuck, that's what VISA is for...
: Vin: Got any input on this?
