Clerks reference in the new song by "The Ataris"

I was listening to the new record from the band the Ataris called "End is Forever" and in the greatly titled song called: "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start" it talks about them being in New Jersey and then says:

"or how I went and hung out at quick-stop
and pretended that I was in clerks."

Isn't that awesome????
