Kevin,
As a writer, I have a serious question for you. I've been trying my hand at screenplay writing for the last couple years now, and I constantly find myself running into trouble. I don't know how to write a complete movie from beginning to end...and by that I mean this...I start writing a scene, and I really don't know where it's going to go, I just kinda go with it, and eventually I get to like 60 pages and I'm like, "Shit, I gotta get this going somewhere." so it starts to get a little contrived, maybe even slightly cheezy at times. So I guess what I'm asking is, how do you write scripts? Like when you're working on a script, do you have the whole film already in mind, like what's going to happen in the beginning, middle, and end, or do you just kinda shot from the hip and eventually find a way to tie it all together? I know that probably sounds retarded, but I had to ask...
