Kevin and Scott said on the commentary they thought at one point they had all of the makings of a classic movie except for a monkey. They asked the studio if they could have one and they said yes. It was a pick up gag that they threw in. It developed into a comic appearance in the JaSB series, and now an appearance in JaSBSB. She's also on a few T-Shirts etc...
