Hi, I'm really interested in pre-ordering a Better Place, however I don't have a credit card. I do have an account via my checking account with Paypal, or I also have the checking account itself. I could pay by money order as well. I was just wondering if there was a way to pre-order the DVD without a credit card. Thank you very much.
