What makes a fan, a true fan? Is loving the movies enough? I've discovered from reading everyone's stuff that there are three basic types of fans.
1) The hard-core fan: Not only knows movie trivia, but knows the personal lives of every crew member. Probably even knows what the Key Grip on Dogma's side projects are. Collects merchandise.
2)The "I love those movies" fan: Has seen all the movies a million times and probably owns them all. Can hold thier own in a trivia contest. But that's as far as it goes.(I myself fall under this catagory)
3)The "I just saw the movies, and they rocked!" fan:This fan is like new born baby. He has so many avenues open to him(or her). He could become hard-core, or he could just buy the movies and watch them a bunch of times. But one has to ask: Where the fuck have you been dude?
Anyway, I thought I would just catch some people's opinions on this matter. Is any one person a better VA fan? Later.
