On Adobe, the movie inside Quicktime didn't even show up on the pic. It was just a black screen.

On another program (MGI Photosuite to be exact), half of it showed up, and the rest was black. If you selected the black parts and moved them around, they uncovered the original image that I copied... but after I saved, the pic was all black.

Could it do with what program I'm using to save the image?

I visited your site before, but there's a few frames you don't have that I wanted to get... :)

: It's simple: Print Screen.
: Then paste in Photo House or similar software.
: Crop so that only the image is there.
: Then save.

: It's a little time consuming, but it works like a charm.
