Stop writing movies. Take up a journal and write in it daily so you'll forever have that 15 year old's perspective to play off of, but go try to get more and more perspective. Live your life, don't write about others living theirs. Watch Dead Poet's Society a few hundred times, let out a YAWP and then go live about ten more years of your life. Then come back and reread what you wrote in your journals over the last ten years. There should easily be 90 pages of material for movies in them. Get some visceral experience under your belt, then try to be a movie writer and director. This isn't to say you shouldn't keep writing, just not feature length films.
