: Since the setting is mid-Jersey, it's probably a safe bet that most of them are Devils fans (as compared to northern NJ which is Ranger country). Randal, because of the hat, is definitely a Devils fan. I would put money on Banky also being a Devils fan because of his distaste for the city. Although Alyssa wears a Maple Leafs jersey (Felix Potvin) the fact that she moved into the city makes it likely she's probably a Rangers fan.
First off let me begin by saying that I am a NJ Devils fan and that i live in Queens NY. I am 21 years old and started following Hockey the year the Rangers won the cup.... (BOy that almost sounds like ficion doesnt it)anyhow everyone in my high school loved the Rangers and they were so obnoxious about it decided to fllow the team tat they hated most which was the Devils. Interesting prescript to this story I had no ide who Kevin Smith was at the time. In any event I have followed the Devis ever since to much enjoyment and still believe that Ranger fans are lost cause (although you can call me a hippocrite for beinga Mets fan).
