Vincent, can u answer a Dogma SE Question?

Ok, this might have been answered already, but I'm curious, so here it goes...

I'm a HUGE fan of Ethan Suplee, so after watching the movie for the 100th time (and actually paying attention to the credits), I notice his name is listed at the character Noman...also with listings for Noman's stunt doubles. I remember from the Screenplay, that Noman has a scene with Serendipity...

...my question is...if he is in the credits and all, it means this scene was shot, right? why is it not in the deleted scenes on the SE?
