: I just finished watching the DOGMA commentary. I have said it before and I will say it again--Kevin Smith is a genius! I can't get enough of his work. For anyone who hasn't picked up the DOGMA s.e. the I highly suggest you do so. There is a lot of good stuff there that just didn't make the cut. I am personally partial to the train scene with Loki's thoughts on Star Wars. Classic Kevin Smith. He justifies leaving it out of the film, but it is still great stuff. I want to congradulate Kevin on splendidly pulling off a movie about religion. The first thing I did after buying the Dogma s.e. was to read the letter in the cover. That turned me from a big fan of his work to a life-long suporter. I am also really into the CLERKS cartoon DVD. I know there was some talk at the end of the commentary about an animated movie, and now the word is a comeback for the tv series. Whatever it is Mr. Smith has up his sleeve I wish him the best of luck. I showed the original cartoon to the guys on my dorm floor and everyone(some already big fans, some who had never seen a View Askew movie)LOVED it. I think there is a definite audience out there. It's jsut a matter of finding the right place for it. I sincerely hope Kevin can find that place and soon. I want to quickly give a nod to all of those working at View Askew, keep up the great work. To all the fellow fans, if for some reason you don't own these DVD's, get them QUICKLY! I know everyone else is as anxious as I am for JSBSB and hopefully a comeback for Dante and Randal.
: Godspeed,
