Qui-Gonn wouldn't have died.
But at times it was childish, and I really didn't like the movie all that much. The same can be said of Return of the Jedi and Ewoks, which really wasn't even a movie. It was made for a 5pm slot on the WB 11 Sunday Afternoon movie.
I hope Episode II and III are decent enough. I'd like to see a spotlight on Boba Fett in Episode III, since it looks like that won't be happening in II.
