I think its put together by a fan using existing images of the actors, I can't watch it here at work so I'll check it out when I get home, but scanning the official SW site they don't have any EP2 trailers available and I think if you look at teh force.net site they talk about a teaser trailer put together by an "anonymous director"

: That trailor is video captures from scenes from other movies like Sleepy Hollow, The Messenger Story of Joan of Arc, and Braveheart. The guy used the light saber effect in Adobe After Effects and put the whole project together on Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premier. Probably took the guy about 1-3 days to do the entire thing. He did a nice job.
