But to make it short. someone who wasn't very happy with Star Wars Episode 1 edited much of the silly Jar-Jar antics and Anakin's "Yipee"s out of the film. he used a regular VHS copy to do this and didn't add anything to it. very professionally done. Kevin Smith was thought to have been the one to do this, I guess just because he's a fan and a filmaker, but there are quite a few others who meet those standards.
