Well, it registers brownie points with me, but I've only been here a few days and have all the clout of the Albanian washing machine company... which is to say, none. I haven't been a RD fan for that long - only about 4 years, now - but I'm a big fan, regardless of my lack of longevity.
View Askew and Kevin Smith, however, I've been a fan of since the first time I saw Clerks, when I was in college. It wasn't IMMEDIATELY upon release, because movies came to campus a little later than they did to theatres, but near enough. I generally manage to fit enough lines from Red Dwarf, the Jersey "Trilogy," John Hughes films, Monty Python, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and various other influences on my life into my vernacular to confuse all but the oddest of people....
