the LA version just cuts stuff. the NY version changes jar-jar's dialogue/voice.
and the second NY version has bits o' porn spliced in a la Fight Club.
i'm not interested enough to actually watch the whole thing, but the couple scenes i scanned for were
definitely better for not having jar jar (although the Yippee-ing-less anakin scene seemed a little TOO
quiet...)
