Dogma SE: What do I win?

Hey - after waiting an eternity for the Dogma SE to arrive, it finally has, and is mine.

However - I was unaware of any "hidden prize" contests that were ongoing... I unwrapped my copy and pulled out the disc casing and found - an not-so-shiny, aluminum colored "Pacific Handy Cutter" Box Cutter complete with it's very own straight-edge razor blade. This is obviously one of those "Ultra-Rare" inserts found in only 1 in a million (kinda like the foil stamped Pokemon cards). So my question is: What do I win and... how much is it worth?? Can I sell it on eBay??
