Reasonable skepticism aside, the relative quality doesn't mean yours stands a snowballs chance in hell. Specifically because of Douglas Adams's passing, I'm sure that any production will dedicate themselves to making some form of one of his scripts work… especially since they had been pretty close to moving forward already.

Not to mention, your most likely not knowing what the specific goals the producers, director and Adams had for the adaptation.

Like I say, as an exercise, it's could be useful and edifying. As an actual attempt to write a screenplay that could ever possibly be produced, it's futile.
