In Defense of Dogma...In Kevin's hands now????

Today I read a review of Dogma SE on a popular DVD site (not linked because I am not sure if that is cool to do without their permission). In the review it stated that while Columbia/Tristar prevented the aforementioned documentary from being included on the DVD, the rights to it had now shifted to Kevin.

Is this true and if so are we ever going to see it??
