Today I was visiting a friend up north of me, and I was in a relatively small town in PA. We were bored and bumbling about since there is absolutely nothing to do around town, and we stumbled onto a Video Rental store that was going out of business. I can't even recall the name at this point, because I don't really care. All of their VHS's were for sale, and cost anywhere from $3 - $7 apiece (based on how "new" they were, from what I saw). I bought all 4 flicks (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, and Dogma) for $17. Dogma was an extra dollar, since it was still on the New Releases shelf (Yes, yes it was). I know it's not the DVDs, but I'm still happy.
There really was no point to this post,
and I'm not trying to boast.
I don't expect a toast,
but don't deserve a roast.
I had to relay my good luck to some people. While none of you probably care, I consider it an interesting little tidbit. Plus, it's more pertinent than 67% of the messages on this board.
