I pulled these from the soundtrack page. These are three techno songs from the film. If I remember right, 'Passion' and 'Insomnia' were playing in the background during the dialogue, and I know 'Red Alert' is the track that starts with the buzzer noise, which plays when Banky looks around and starts clapping. These are (or were) popular club songs, especially in Jersey and on Staten Island.
