extra region coding on Dogma SE DVD

hi,

could anyone help out a stupid englishman?
i've read that the Dogma SE dvd has 'Region Enhanced Coding', meaning that it's less likely to work on a English DVDplayer which has been chipped/hacked.

basically, could someone point me in the direction of where i can find a list of compatible dvd players?

also, will it work on a dvd-rom on my PC?
