: Anyone remember MALLRATS, where Jay and Silent Bob(played by Mr. Smith himself) directly ripped off many scenes from Tim Burton's 1989 BATMAN film? Mr. Smith's accusation is outrageous, and Kevin Smith is not in the same league as Tim Burton in terms of talent and skill when it comes to the movie-making biz. I believe Mr. Smith owes Mr. Burton an apology, and should rename his upcoming film to "Geez, I Wish I Had Even Half of Tim Burton's Talent and Vision"
