The Kid In The Helmet is indeed in "Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back". This was rumored long ago (I believe the first place this info got out was on imdb.com), but I don't think any of the people who have seen early screenings have confirmed it. Well, on the "Jay's Rap 2001" video on the CDextra portion of the soundtrack, he's clearly visible. I'm not going to say exactly where he is.
