: : : Time to try and put this board back on track by asking a question, I'd like to know how long it took Kevin to raise the cash for Clerks and would he have considered shooting on videotape or was 16mm the only sensible option if it was ever to get seen in the cinema, in other words if I shot a film on video tape is the best I could hope for straight to video distribution because it can't be blown up for cinema showings.
