Except that Kevin and Scott were executive co-producers and landed the film at Miramax which got the movie made after crapping out at Castle Rock.
If you'd been on the boards then, you would've seen the post Ben made grovelling and explaining that he'd made a massive oversight in the excitement of the moment.
