We have to wait twice as long for stuff like Buffy, Angel, E.R. (and just try getting hold of a copy of "My So Called Life" or "T.V. Nation"...
Most DVD's are bellow par (mind you we were always shafted even by laserdiscs)
our culture is wank, all those castles and stuff are just depressing
our music is getting worse (even bands that used to be good are now shite, just look at dodgy and Ned's Atomic Dustbin)
our leaders are shite (but then aren't they all)
our stand up comedy seems to be going down the pan (although Ed burns is still funny, oh shit, he's Irish isn't he)
all our decent comic artists and writers all fucked off to the states (although 2000AD has been rather good recently)
all of our culture is imported crap from the states, if I see one more arrogant little 14 year old in a Blink 182 T-shirt I'm gonna choke the little fucker with the sonic youth back cat section...
still
can't complain really.
