: A million self referential "jokes" strung together, do not a movie make. I'm sorry Kev, but JASBSB is a terrible film, and probably my least favourite of the year so far. I laughed at Chris Rock, and a few other small moments ("Jay and Silent Bob are clown shoes" was really funny), but that's it. I haven't seen a movie this unfunny in a long time.
: That said, the audience ate the film up, and laughed their asses off. So I guess if you made the film for the fans who like your films for their inside jokes, then alright. Now how about one for us fans who like your movies because they're well written? Make with FLETCH WON, and the CHASING AMY-esque film already.
