I personally thought that the Chaka stuff would have worked better if Chaka had been played by Dwight Ewell in Hooper X mode. Just seems like since Kevin already wrote the charachter once, there's no need to repeat it with someone else.
: Wow. I mean. Wow. Great work. The crowd loved it (though we were all Viewaskew fans and man, let me tell you that was awesome to meet all those fine friendly folk in this little town of mine). I think the only laugh lull in the film was the Chaka stuff, and I hate to agree with Ebert, or whoever said it, but it... didn't work very well. He had some great lines, but for the most part the character didn't play very well. Aside of that, amazing response, and you'd have been proud of the applause for you know who... Also, this was screened in the biggest theatre they had, and if thats a sign for next week, I smell instantaneous recounting of all the money spent.
