Hey Kevin, after seeing your new movie last night at the sneak preview, I cant wait to see what youll come out with next. I honestly haven't laughed that much at a movie ever. It really gives me hope as an aspiring director to see you come in with Clerks and change the business for the better. Im sure you get these emails all the time, but I was wondering how you got started in the business. I try to make movies of my own with my friends and whatnot, but what was the defining moment when you finally got into the business? Also Im thinking about going to columbia college in chicago for film. Is that a good choice or is there better places to get started? I have a few friends that i work together with on films that all want to enter different aspects of production, so im hoping with your advice we can someday get emails like this from young directors. Thanks for your time.
