There is going to be some footage (presumably in the form of a trailer) on the A Better Place DVD (as an easter egg). This is a good sign that Lynch is pulling his finger out and who knows maybe one-day we will get to own the film - but I don't htink it'll be anytime soon. Hope that helps.
